Today Amigo and I were talking about this ntp servers in Taiwan. We find it really hard to consolidate a whole list of servers in Taiwan. We don't know if you are interested to call out ALL Taiwanese to input their knowledge into this. So we can make a whole list of time servers in Taiwan.
BTW ntp stands for national time protocal. Just like what we use in Linux "rdate".
