1. 如果有MIS找MIS解決比較快,當然如能把退的E-MAIL給MIS會更好,因為我公司我都會到使用者電腦把被退的E-MAIL詳細資料COPY出來
2. 如沒MIS,建議看被退的E-MAIL的詳細內容,看是被那台主機退的,如下方信件的紅色部份表示被對方的主機退信,是因沒testa@to.idv.tw這個User
