有人有遇過這個ㄇ
Norton AntiVirus 無法啟動即時通訊掃描程式
此程式無法掃描即時通訊無法下載
3021.4

我安裝的是Norton AntiVirus 2003
之前安裝2002直接裝上2003有出現這個怪問題
執行UPDATA時無法更新病毒碼??
作業系統Windows 2000

try to download the "livedate" update file n install it.
restart the pc n try to run liveupdate again.
